I have released a new build that can be found at the locations below.

Requirements:
Windows XP
DirectX 9 or better Video Card

Setup.exe 27 Mb
http://agentmoo.com/games/mooproto/setup.exe

Upgrade.exe 2.5 Mb
http://agentmoo.com/games/mooproto/upgrade.exe

Changes
-Added sounds
-Added Rocket Launcher with splash damage
-Updated Network Code to work better with firewalls
-Added Automatic version update to startup
